Q: How long has the business been in operation?

A: Xercise Zone (Previously Step into Life) has been in operation since 2009.

Q: Where does Xercise Zone operate from?

A: We only have one venue. Our sessions take place at Burrendah Oval in Willetton (Corner of Pine Tree Gully and Burrendah Blvd). It's an open green space located in Willetton, where participants can enjoy the fresh air while exercising.

 

Q: How many Trainers are in the team?

A: We currently have 3 trainers in our team.

Q: What type of training do we offer?

A: We offer Group Outdoor Training at Burrendah Oval in Willetton.

 

Q: What is Group Outdoor Training?

A: Group Outdoor Training is a fitness program that involves engaging in physical exercise outdoors in a group setting.

 

Q: What type of sessions do we offer?

A: We offer Cardio sessions, Strength Sessions, HIIT sessions and Flexibility sessions.

The sessions are designed to be fun and challenging for all levels of fitness as each session is tailored to the individual needs of each participant.

 

Q: Is there a Timetable available for sessions?

A: Yes, our timetable is available here.

 

Q: What do I need to bring to a session?

A: For your safety and comfort during the class we recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel (to be placed on our training mats) with you when attending outdoor training sessions. Additionally, you may want to bring sunscreen if it's sunny or sunglasses if it's bright outside.

 

Q: What is the duration of the sessions?

A: Each session runs for 60 minutes, giving participants plenty of time to work on their goals whilst having fun with others at the same time!

 

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: We use undercover areas where members can go in the event of adverse weather conditions. Trainers will inform you beforehand where to meet.

 

Q: Are members male or female?

A: Our members are a mix of both males and females.

 

Q: How many people attend each session on average?

A: The average size of our classes is 8 people per session which is small enough for personalized attention from the instructor, but still large enough that you won’t feel overwhelmed.

 

Q: Is this suitable for all fitness levels?

A: Yes, our classes accommodate people of all fitness levels - from beginner to advanced. We also have a specific session for first-timers so no prior experience is necessary.

Q: Do I get to train at my own pace?

A: Yes. You’ll be able to train at your own pace. You will work with the trainer to determine the best pace for your progress.

 

Cost and Payment

 

Q: How much does it cost?

Q: How does payment work?

A: Payment is by way of a monthly Direct Debit. Accounts get debited on the 1st of each month. BSB and Account number is the preferred method although Credit Card payments are also available.

Q: Do you offer 'Pay as You Go' memberships?

A: No. Unfortunately, we do not offer 'Pay as You Go' memberships. The only way to join is by signing up for one of our monthly membership packages.

 

Q: Are there any fixed contracts or cancellation fees associated with joining?

A: No. There are no fixed contracts or cancellation fees associated with joining. Once you sign up for a package, you will be able to cancel your membership anytime without any additional costs.

 

Q: Is there a Joining Fee when signing up?

A: No, there is no Joining Fee when signing up.

 

Q: What happens if I want to go on holiday?

A: Suspensions are available for holidays or injuries that last a week or longer.

 

Q: What happens if I can’t get to my sessions in a week?

A: If you miss your sessions, you can make it up in the following 4 weeks.

 

Q: Can I bring my children to the session?

A: Children are not allowed to participate in sessions – only paid clients. We also ask members not to bring children to sessions as this might impact the training experience for other members.

 

Q: What age groups are allowed to attend Group Outdoor Training sessions?

A: Group Outdoor Training classes are available for people 15 years and older.

 

Q: Are mothers with babies welcome?

A: Our 9:15am sessions (Mon, Wed and Fri) are absolutely suitable for mothers with babies.

Nutrition

 

Q: Do you provide nutritional advice or guidance for those looking to reach their fitness goals?

A: Absolutely! We understand that nutrition plays an important role in achieving fitness goals therefore we offer a Meal Plan tailored specifically to each member's individual needs. Xercise Zone has teamed up with a group of nutritionists to ensure that you get all the support and guidance needed to help achieve your desired results.
