STRENGTH

The ideal full-body strengthening and sculpting session, STRENGTH FIT is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, body tone, body shape and postural stability. Just like cardio, muscle toning is a pretty essential aspect of any successful training program and a combination of the two leaves you feeling amazing (and people notice!).

HIIT

Our High Intensity Intervals Training (HIIT) sessions will get your heart pumping. These sessions incorporate repeated, short bursts, of high intensity exercise, alternating with rest periods. Our HIIT sessions are exciting and energising workouts, helping you to burn calories and increase your metabolism whilst making you stronger.

BOOTCAMP

An inspiring cross training session using boot camp style drills to mould you into shape. The outdoors provides the perfect environment to use weighted bars, ropes, medicine balls and buddy drills to maximise fitness improvement, while strengthening and toning your body.

BODYFLEX

A dynamic strengthening and stretching session enhancing muscle tone, core strength and flexibility. Inspired by Pilates and Yoga, this session will tone your body, provide postural strength, injury prevention, flexibility, balance, clear the mind and relieve stress.

ENDURANCE 

Experience group outdoor motivation and reach new targets with our fun run training program. Feel the exhilaration of crossing the finish line with your trainer and fellow members supporting you all the way - you'll be surprised what you can achieve, and what fun it can be!

These sessions take place in the Winter months.

CARDIO 

The ultimate outdoor training session for building maximum fitness, burning calories and increasing endurance. This session ensures massive cardio variety using different terrain, intervals, games, buddy cardio and cross training - catering for the first time exerciser to the super fit and marathon runner.

WALK & STRENGTH

This is the ideal session for people just starting on their fitness journey or for people coming back from injury. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength exercises based on your specific fitness level or individual circumstances (injury etc.). Great session for beginners.
